Coopers Shoot

Alterations & additions to an existing residence overlooking the ocean from the Coopers Shoot ridge, these were off shore clients seeking to upgrade a tired old pavilion house as their new homecoming. Working with the established character, the upgrade added a complementary butterfly roofed pavilion extending and developing the grand verandah to fully appreciate the extraordinary coastal views.
